Terms and Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by AventraConnect ("we", "us", "our"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

AventraConnect provides the following services:

  • Development of websites and web applications
  • Dashboard and analytics solutions
  • API integrations and automations
  • Payment system implementation
  • Related technical services

3. Quotes and Agreements

All quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated. An agreement is established through written confirmation by both parties. Changes to the agreement must be recorded in writing.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made according to the terms specified in the quote or agreement. In case of late payment, we are entitled to charge interest and suspend our obligations.

5. Delivery and Deadlines

We strive to deliver projects within agreed deadlines. Deadlines are indicative and not hard deadlines, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control do not entitle to compensation.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to software, code and designs developed by us remain the property of AventraConnect until full payment. After full payment, these rights are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the agreed fee. We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profits or missed savings. We are not liable for damage caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties commit to confidentiality of all confidential information obtained in the context of the agreement. This obligation remains in force after termination of the agreement.

9. Termination

Both parties can terminate the agreement with a notice period of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. Upon termination by the client, all costs incurred up to that point are due.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
